Recollections by Harry Chatry

Harry Chatry, the eldest offspring of Lily Holmes and Stephen Chatry, began corresponding by email after coming across the web site. He has submitted a number of his recollections of his childhood and some of our folk who have gone before us, and I find it very ineresting reading. It helps me to understand better the sort of folk my forebears were, and to appreciate them more. In fact it may even inspire me to put down some of my memories before they fade too much!
